In 2025, we signed a landmark partnership agreement with NGEagle to strengthen leadership capacity and provide context-based guidance, solutions, and training, as needed.

The Institutional Strengthening Partnership with NG Eagle Aviation Academy was initiated through strategic consultations with senior management to assess organisational performance and identify priority development needs.

These engagements highlighted gaps in leadership capacity, communication, task management, and strategic alignment, which were limiting efficiency and cohesion across teams. In response, Adaptive Solutions Africa designed and delivered a tailored Leadership and Productivity Development Programme to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve collaboration, and align individual and departmental efforts with the Academy’s broader vision.

The partnership delivered targeted interventions spanning strengths-based leadership, human behaviour, communication, productivity systems, and mental wellbeing.
