The Productive 10X series is a thoughtfully designed five-part masterclass launched by Adaptive Solutions Africa in October 2025. It brings together accomplished professionals to help people work and live with greater clarity, discipline, and impact.

 

The series is built for a broad audience: professionals, entrepreneurs, homemakers, job seekers, and students. The goal is simple and profound: help individuals become more productive in their daily lives, strengthen their personal effectiveness, and, in doing so, contribute meaningfully to social capital and collective progress.

 

The Productive 10X 1.0: Ignite Your Productivity sets the momentum on mastering the fundamentals of productivity and time management. The session focused on building strong foundations rather than chasing quick fixes.

Participants explored why productivity begins with unlearning common myths rather than adding more hacks. The session examined the personal, professional, and life-wide benefits of effective productivity, grounding the conversation in real-world constraints rather than idealised routines.

 

Participants also gained access to practical planners to support implementation beyond the session and connected with a growing community of professionals navigating similar work-life realities.

This first part laid the groundwork for a deep dive into the MENT framework.

 

The Productive 10X 2.0: Master Your Mind – 10x Your Output was a practical, science-backed masterclass designed to help participants understand how the mind shapes performance, wellbeing, and behaviour. Through engaging discussions and real-world case studies, participants explored the power of mindset, neuroplasticity, and belief in influencing both mental and physical outcomes. Drawing on insights from psychology and neuroscience, the sessions demonstrated how focus, perception, and intentional thinking influenced clarity, emotional regulation, health, and productivity.

 

Building on this foundation, the masterclass equipped participants with actionable tools to translate insight into results. Mind–body practices such as meditation, mindfulness, journaling, and sensory awareness were introduced to strengthen mental clarity and reduce stress, while SMART planning and habit-building frameworks provided structure for sustainable behaviour change. Strong emphasis was placed on consistency, simplicity, and accountability, helping participants move beyond motivation and develop systems that enable long-term growth, better decision-making, and increased personal and professional output.
