A bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field, from a reputable university
2+ years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role.
Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
Proven track record of success in fundraising and donor development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Master’s degree in development studies, psychology or related field, or equivalent years of experience will be an added advantage.
